"One of the first antioxidant mixes available commercially, this one from Twin Labs is a great day to day supplement. It offers significant amounts of all the key players at a reasonable price. If you are "allergic" to niacin, split the dosage - 2 and 2; taking all 4 at once gives you a nice flush."

"I have used this Twin Labs product for at least 20 years and have always been impressed with its quality, value and content for delivering high potency product, and have no qualms about recommending it to others. I'm a bodybuilder and use these vitamin/mineral caps as the foundation to providing me with good nutrition. I first read about this product in Muscular Development magazine back in the late 80s or early 90s, and stuck with it ever since. You can't go wrong with the price either. Hey, you're not gonna raise prices on me now, are you?"
