"I was looking for a multi-vitamin that did not have a 2000% of anything because... really? Who needs 2000% of anything?? I also like the extras in here a lot like the vitex and omega 3s. It makes me feel like I'm really rounding out my diet."

"These vitamins promoted themselves as soft-gels that are easy to swallow, but I found them to be too large for me, even as they are nice soft gels. I think they are a good value and seem to be a well-rounded multi, but if you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you may find these way too large."

"I really have not taken this product long enough to determine any particular benefit or give it 5 stars. The soft gel is easy to swallow and that is a plus and they don't have ridiculous amounts of B vitamins in them. Everything is fortified with B vitamins so we do not need to overdose on them. I will order them again. I have only taken about half a bottle so far."
