"These are three important anti-oxidants, for memory etc and I take all three, so useful to have them in one capsule. So how about adding say Pycnogenol 100 mg and perhaps Ginkgo Biloba and Ginseng which are also good for memory?"

"i just finished reading all the past reviews, & i agree with the later reviews that i haven't seen any change or improvement after taking these. my energy level is still the same--low.
anyhow, someone was asking for a tip, so here it is: coq10 is fat soluble so for better absorption, you need to eat something that has some good fat in it before taking the supplement.
another was also inquiring for a lower-dosage version of this supplement. check out kyolic cardio-logic; it's got coq10, l-carnitine, & ala plus organic garlic & a few vitamins. my sister takes it, but i have yet to try it myself coz i still have a full bottle of nsi's."
