"I don't think you can pack more into a single capsule, can you? This has pretty much everything you want. I take it alongside albion chelated minerals, chlorella, and vitacost probiotics, along with a some other things. It's a great multivitamin."

"Great value for a once a day vitamin that even includes the improved B6 (p-5-p). Not sure how much is p5p and how much is Pyridoxine Hydrochloride but for the price its good."
