"A tremendous savings over the others. I cut the capsules open and compared it with Iron Teck and Iron Teck seemed to have a thicker capsule. I wonder if that means it takes longer to break down. I was happier knowing the Vitacost one was thinner and has potential to digest quicker. It doesn't take the place of a healthy diet and exercise so don't count on Tonalin for weight loss."

"I've been taking Tonalin for about 2 weeks and notice a difference in muscle tone. I've always exercised, but Tonalin seems to give that extra little boost. It was important to me to keep muscle tone and it definitely does the job. A quality product at a low, competitive price. I will be reordering the bigger bottle on the next order."

"I havent seen any major changes in my weight since starting this product. I eat a 1800 cal reduced fat diet daily and I am very active. I am losing weight but no more than I did from my regular and diet program. I did notice that I get sick to my stomach when I take it in the morning, but other than that I had no major side effects."

"Have been using this product - 6 pills a day and have not seen any results. It did not lower my cholesterol and have not seen any physical results. I do work out at least twice a week and I need to increase that. I am going to try another CLA product and see if it is just the NSI brand. Its cheap, I'll give them that much."
