"This Sam-E is effective, packed well in the metal blister pack. It is only 200 mg, so you'll have to take more accordingly, but is still a deal pricewise. It does work, more importantly."

"A friend suggested I try Sam-e so this was my first exposure to the product. I asked my friend to try a week's worth to see if they felt the same to her as the brand name she's been using. She reported that she felt the same good effects with the Vitacost brand. That was encouraging. At this point I notice when I don't take the sam-e for a day. So I'm going to re-order."

"I buy these for my boyfriend. He plays bass and his hands can get pretty sore and stiff from hours of practice. He notices a big difference, if he takes just one of these a day his hands do not get sore. If he misses a few days in a row of taking SAM-e he will start to have pain in his hands again."

"I can really feel a difference when taking this product. It does cause some stomach upset and you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach. I also have to increase fiber intake to avoid constipation with this product. But it's all well worth it. I feel awake, alert and very "conscious" on this product."

"I like this NSI brand SAMe because of the blister packaging so you dont have to worry about humidity/light/temperature as long as you keep it room temp. Other brands in a bottle you have to worry about refrigeration but so far so good. It has been a month but my joints feel a bit better, however i need to give a few more months to gauge its effectiveness regarding liver/joint health/mood. This review is for its packaging design mostly and its freshness."
