"There are many variants of this product on the net. Taken on an empty stomach before bed or at least 2 hour before or after any meal/snack, this SAM-e is both constant and effective. Do not look for an instant effect, it works/influences you after about 14 days."

"Purchased this to help with mood stabilization and it worked wonderfully for that -- I felt great in a way I haven't for a long time. However, I am unable to continue taking it since it interferes with my birth control pill. I realized this before it was too late, fortunately. If you are taking any medications be careful, because the SAM-e may cause them to be eliminated from your system more quickly than usual, thus reducing their efficacy."

"While the NSI SAMe works great, doesn't upset my stomach and is overall effective on my moods..for me only it has one drawback...I think I'm allergic to something in it. Since I switched from NatureMade to NSI, I've started to itch..especially if I perspire. So to be sure, I'm trying a different brand for a while to see if it makes a difference. "we have been taking this product for about 6 months at least, and we notice a total difference in our attitudes, we get crabby our bodies ache when we don't take this. So I guess its safe to say that we can't live without it, and we really are glad to have found it... "I started to take Estrogen to replace hormones to help with mood swings and it helped, but other problems came up. So my doctor recommended this website and this product. I have been taking it for 3 months with no side effects. The only problem is finacially this product cost 4 times the amount of the estrogen that I took. Since I have to take 2 pills a day. I will keep on taking this, because the benefits out way the cost!"
