"I truly recommend this product. It has 3 times the strenght of regular products, so you dont need to take 8 pills a day, like the others. The tablet size is OK to swallow. I am wondering if Vitacost can have the same product in powder to mix in shakes or in cakes."

"It is my own fault, but I intended to purchase capsules and not tablets. These tablets are pretty big and hard to get down. They are also expensive so I'll just have to choke them down and use them up. I have read elsewhere that the addition of chondroitin may or may not produce results over that of just glucosamine alone. I want to research that more since the combo, like I mentioned above, is expensive..."

"I was surprised when these came in the mail because instead of the mid-sized capsules I have taken in the past, the pills were LARGE hard compressed powder pills. They are not easy to swallow. I have been taking them anyway and hope they are of high quality, though because they take several months to take effect I will only know months from now if I begin to feel joint pain again. The price was right, if the quality is good, but if not I would prefer to have paid more and gotten better quality."
