"Just started using this. But even though I forget to take it daily, I still am not having yeast problems even though I'm on 2 strong antibiotics for Lyme and Bartonella. Multi-strain probiotics are best as this one is."

"these work VERY WELL! I actually open up the capsules and pour the powder in my mouth. It works better for me that way as we all know digestion starts in the mouth! its also good for your teeth, and breath!"

"I've searched and tried them all, this has # of viable cells up until expiration date guaranteed and that is huge as most just provide # at time of manufacture and by the time you get them it is only a fraction of that. highly recommeded."
