"This did help with any hunger and it does not make me jittery. I would recommend this product for those that have a problem with caffeine, like myself. Even though it has caffeine in it, the other ingredients seem to counteract that nervousness that one gets after having caffeine. I'm EXTREMELY sensitive and I was a little leery, but it does help. I only take one capsule, I may try 2 after a while. I have been taking this product for over 2 weeks now."
