"Is it really possible for the human throat to swallow a pill as huge as these? Maybe if they were Linda Lovelace, but I couldn't manage it! Even when I tried, the pill got stuck in my throat.

"The label label shows that these vitamins have a great mix. And the high potency and three pills for max dose allow someone who eats well to take fewer than 3 per day for more economy. The price was also very good. Even more remarkable is the whole food nature of these vitamins. You can tell straight away the high quality by the pleasant smell and ease of digestion."

"Alive! is the best multivitamin/supplement for the buck. Recently, the amino acids have been dropped, but a cardiovascular blend has been added. I like this better, since amino acids are easily obtained from protein foods, and I think the cardio blend is outstanding. Vitamin D was increased from 400IU to 1000IU and other minerals were also increased."

"I like the convenience of having so many different vitamins and herbs combined in one pill (and yes, you have to take 3 of these large tablets each day). That's probably the only thing I don't like about them - they're so large and you have to take 3. Of course, I spread them out through the day! It makes me feel a little better if I don't eat quite enough veggies on a given day because there's so many fruits and veggies IN the tablets! Will definitely repurchase!"

"Product used to be good. Now, the main ingredient is vegetable cellulose. This is plain, old wood pulp sold to food manufacturers by failing newspaper corps to still make a buck! The bleached white spots are easy to see. You can even taste the wood!"
