"I've been using this product for a number of years because it does what is what it's supposed to. I just add my 5gm in with my drink after my workout to replenish my glycogen stores. It never cakes up, always stays easy to work with. AND the little scoop DOES come w/jar of creatine.. sometimes ya gotta go fishin' for it..."

"The product does not dissolve. I mix it with water, and with my protein shake, and it remains like grit. Even after mixing and sitting for 1 hour, it remains as grit in the bottom of the container. It doesn't seem as effective as other 'micronized' products. If it does not dissolve, can it be absorbed in the gut?"

"I tried 3 times, with water, apple juice and it was the nastiest thing I've ever tried, had diarrea every time I tried it even though I used smaller portions than recomended. I gave it to a friend and same thing happened to him. He put it in the trash, cause that's what this is TRASH!!"

"This product offers great value for the money - far cleaner creatine for a lot less money than some of the big boy brands!! I take this along with milk/whey/egg white protein shakes for a total after workout replenishing drink - great combo!! Some reviews mention upset stomach issues - I have never had this happen; possibly because I take it in a protein shake blend. At 200 servings per container, it lasts me almost 6 months!! Great value for the money and I don't think you'll be disappointed."

"I`ve used this product before and was pretty satisfied with it. I have been working out since I was on the highschool wrestling team. I`m 55 now. About 10 grams of creatine and 3 grams of nitric oxide before my workout and I can keep up with guys a lot younger than me."
