"This is one of the better products that we have encountered. Most fish oil supplements contain small amount of EPA and DHA and a lot of Vitamin A among others, all of which can be detrimental when taken in large quantities. This product contains good quantities of EPA and DHA which are the actual active components of Omega 3 oils."

"I've been so impressed with this product! I shopped in stores for a good one but quickly became overwhelmed with the choices, and they all seemed to cheap out on actual EPA & DHA. When I found this one I was thrilled, it's high qulaity and the softgels make them easy to swallow.
A downside for me is that I have found that they cause me to burp, but at least it's not a fishy taste, just a fruity reminder of the pills. But my husband, who is also taking them, says that he has no burping from them."

"So far I haven't seen any obvious benefits by taking this product, but it can only be doing good!! I keep them in the freezer and take them with food. There was only a mild discomfort in the beginning but soon afterwards that stomach situation ( you get what I mean) passed. I was hoping that it would relieve headaches..but that hasn't happened. I will continue with this Omega-3 because it is good for general well being."

"I don't eat seafood and depend on fish oil to provide the EPA and DHA I need in my diet, but won't tolerate anything that tastes like fish. This product is terrific - easy to swallow softgels that do not taste fishy. I don't have fishy burps (nasty!), and they smell somewhat like strawberries. After taking them for a while, I noticed my hair and nails are healthier. Other brands cost a lot more and have less EPA and DHA. I'm very happy with this purchase and am a loyal Vitacost buyer."
