However, there was a 6-8 month period of time during the 3 years that I didn't use the compound and at the end of the 6-8 months of no use I realized that I looked tired, sallow and had low energy. "I highly recommend this product. I am a 56 year old female and need plenty of energy to do my job. I found by taking the ToCoQ10 compared to taking the CoQ10, my energy level is higher.
