"This product is so necessary for heart health and even recycling other vitamins and nutrients in the body. If you take any kind of statin drugs, make sure that you take extra co q10 because those drugs are notorious for robbing your heart of co q10. This NSI brand is sold at such an affordable price and I really like how they have included some extra vitamin e in the form of tocotrienls which are actually the preferable form. If you are over the age of 25, than including extra co q 10 in your diet is vital."

"I like CoQ10 but I had to start taking it every other day because it was effecting my blood pressure a little. I have pretty low blood pressure and this stuff was making me a little dizzy at times. It puts you in a great mood, but if you feel dizzy at times cut back to every other day and it seems to work quite well. It supposedly has great effects on aging so only TIME will tell."
