"Well I don't take this product as directed/often as i should, but when I do remember to take it, it does work on keeping me feeling full. Other reviews were correct with it having a funny after-taste but it's not a big deal. Overall the product does as stated!"

"This is the first appetite suppressant I've tried that works AND doesn't give you side-effects (lightheaded, dizzy, etc). I did notice it did take a couple days to feel its full effect, however."

"I felt this product was working well for me, however, because I am on anti-depressents, it interfered with my medication and I had to stop using it. I have had this problem with other herbal products."

"The current thinking is that the recommended amount of fiber for adults is between 21 grams and 38 grams a day. That's a lot! In order to supplement my daily diet, and try and meet that requirement, I take these Fiber Slims. There are different fiber supplements available (i.e. psyllium husks, bran, etc.) on the market. But after trying several, I find these to be the most gentle and effective. They do not give me a bloated feeling and I've had no big side-effects. Just to note, though, if you take them on an empty stomach, and eat nothing, they might produce a little burping which creates a funny flavor in the mouth. But this is minimal, and not really an issue for me at all. If taken on a stomach with some food in it, whether before or after, this does not happen at all. You know these fiber pills are working because your "bathroom products" will float! Yes, when your "b.p" float, you know you're getting enough fiber!"
