"I would add one tip that this works best if you take one capsule at least 15 minutes before breakfast with a glass of water and either take one other capsule 15 minutes prior to dinner or 15 minutes after, or any time before going to bed with another glass of water. (Recommended dose is 2 capsules per day)"
