"I had high hopes for this vitamin as it sounds great! Unfortunately, it made me sick on my stomach. I felt bloated constantly and was very gassy. I feel that I was sensitive to an ingredient in this vitamin and it wasn't the vitamin as a whole."

"I wanted a vitamin that didn't have iron and used the best bioavailable forms of nutrients and vitamins. "I like this multivitamin because it has many of the antioxidants that I was taking separately. When they changed the product for version 3, they added some good items but unfortunately they also took away the ginko biloba. If it had the ginko I would rate it 5 stars all tahe way."

"I've been using this for about a year now. I was using the Synergy Mens but then after starting my MBA while working full time I felt I needed more energy. So I started drinking red bull - of which isn't great for you in large quantities. I then looked to supplements and found this to be a great one that includes many of the individual supplements I've been taking during my workouts (except the amino acids like L-Glutamine, Argenine and the other stuff like creatine and whey protein). The most important on my list was CoQ10, ALA, L-Carnitine, Selenium, Lutein and the B vitamins. I wish they would have included hawthorn and Saw Palmetto. The only thing extra I would suggest is to get a bottle of IP-6 & longevratol to add extra antioxidants like resveratrol. Works well for me. On those late study nights, Ginseng comes in handy as well with a cup of green tea. I think the only other version this comes close to is their CardioLift - which is a tad more expensive for the latest version. But the Synergy Energy really works well for me. Try it."
