"This has all the ingredients I am looking for and in the right amounts. Only problem is that according to Dr. Blaylock quercetin should be taken with meals and the Magnesium ascorbate should be taken on an empty stomach which leaves me in a quandary."

"I love this product because it is in an easy to swallow capsule. Only two provide 1000 mgs. Linus Pauling suggested up to 10,000 mgs. a day of Vit C if you were really compromised. I take two caps every day and have done for years. I haven't been to a doctor in over 30 years!"

"I've been using this particular Vitamin C for quite a while now. I take 4,000 mg daily and if I ever miss it I can tell a difference. Good quality vitamin C in the right dosage (for you) is essential for digestive regularity. To determine the right amount for yourself, start with 1000 or 2000 and then add on another 1000 mg each day. When you reach the point of diarrhea , cut back 1000 mg and that's the right amount for you! Voila!"

"I've been using this product for a long time now, but being frugal, I figured I could find something less expensive in a local grocery or pharmacy because there's so much Vit C out there, but there was NOTHING like this anywhere. This is a remarkable combination of nutrients, and I can't find anything anywhere that can touch its quality, so I've stopped looking elsewhere & I'll just keep on taking this good product ad infinitum."
