"To show 1000 mg and then add per serving is pretty bad marketing in my mind. The product is 500 mg and it is 180 capsules. Make me suspicious you do this to all Vitacost products"

"This has all the ingredients I am looking for and in the right amounts. Only problem is that according to Dr. Blaylock quercetin should be taken with meals and the Magnesium ascorbate should be taken on an empty stomach which leaves me in a quandary."

"I love this product because it is in an easy to swallow capsule. Only two provide 1000 mgs. Linus Pauling suggested up to 10,000 mgs. a day of Vit C if you were really compromised. I take two caps every day and have done for years. I haven't been to a doctor in over 30 years!"
