"I was always tired so I bought GNC's Ultra Mega Energy Vitapak. This was perfect for me but I couldn't keep up with their high prices nor could they keep up with their stock. I went searching and found your vitamins were close to GNCs ingredients. I can't say they are as good but I did notice I am able to maintain some energy throughout the day and that's ok for now. I am on my first bottle so I am buying two more today to see how they work in the long run.
You have always been dependable and I love the price of these vitamins plus the one price shipping is an added bonus.

"I researched diligently before choosing NSI Synergy Basic V3. Of all the vitamins I found, this one has the best quality ingredients, in the highest concentration for a great price. They use quality ingredients such as methlycobalimin instead of low-quality (but cheap) cyancobalimin for B12, and seem to have really thought through what they put in this mix. I tried the tablets, but they tasted/smelled awful. The capsules are much better.
The thing I like most about this product is that it has such good ingredients I was able to cut out other single supplements because it already contains them (hurray, fewer pills!). This is a great product for a great price."

"I was taking the NSI one a day and switched to this because I wanted higher dosage of Quercetin, Alpha Lipoic Acid and CoQ10. I love that it contains 2000 mg Vitamin D3 and also Methylcobalmin for B-12. It's really a great buy for the price!!"

"I decided to start taking a multi-vitamin after I noticed a trend that every time my baby would get sick, I would get it. I did some research and decided on this one. Since taking them, my son has been sick twice and I didn't get it. No joke. You are supposed to take 2 a day, but I only take one. Highly recommended."

"After reviewing the vitamin and mineral content, I decided to try out a new product for my multi-vitamin supplements. This one seemed excellent. However, after taking one per morning for one week, I began to experience heavy sweating that became extreme when I did cardio workouts. I also noted that my overall health decreased, and my strength levels decreased. I tried to stay on this product long enough to rule other things out like being sick or reacting to allergies or such. However, after ceasing use for a week, I tried them again, and the same problem returned. It's back to Solaray for me."

"Because I have specific health problems, I take specific drugs that interact with most of the other Synergy products (mostly the ginkgo.) It also means I require certain supplements.
NSI's synergy basic is clearly a well-thought out multi. It's not the only thing I take, but it makes an excellent foundation. Would have personally gone with K2 over K1, and double the amount of E, ALA and grapeseed extract, but otherwise it's almost exactly what I would do if I made my own 2-pill multi. This way is a lot cheaper though!"
