"With no medical issues, that I would be weary of, reported from the use of creatine, this brand is providing an excellent base to my fitness regeim. At almost 58 yrs. I feel and look well above normal for my age and attribute it to not only diet, fitness but to Optimum Nutrition Creatine ."
