"I have researched vitamins and supplements and found I had to take so many pills to have what I needed. This product has what I need and only 6 capsules daily. "Synergy 3000 is the best multivitamin product I've used. Its comprehensive ingredients provide a well-rounded set of nutrients for total health. I especially appreciate the added food-based antioxidants.
My only disappointment is that the product is no longer available in tablet form. I much preferred the tablets because they were easier to swallow than the capsules."

"I'm rating this a 4 out of 5 simply because this is a near perfect multi. No need to buy CoQ10, green tea, grape seed, ALA, etc, with this multi. I also don't need to buy loads of various vitamins and minerals because this is jam packed with everything you need, for the most part. Definitely the best multi on the market and you can tell. Only reason I rate it a 4 out of 5 is because I would raise the Vitamin D 1,000 units, Calcium up to 1 gram, and the Magnesium up to 500 mg. If it had that, it would be perfect. I think everyone should be taking the NSI Vitamin D/Calcium/Magnesium supplement with this. It simply doesn't contain enough to meet requirements in my opinion. Other than that, AMAZING MULTI!"

"I can't beleive I didn't look at the serving size because I always do. This time I didn't and I have a multivitamin that I have to take six; count them, 6 a day!! And it upsets my stomach."
