"My first purchase of this product was made after reading the Vitacost Ad. Unfortunately, I made the decision to terminate my use of CLA-1000 Complex after three weeks as the side effects were less than desireable. As a long time user of nutritional supplements I have found great success with most products but occasionally I find a product that simply doesn't agree with me."

"I weight train along with box and run 5 days a week. I bought this product to help cut my body fat down around the mid section, but I did not notice any loss after taking them. I am not saying that these pills will not work for anybody they just did not work for my body chemistry."

"I have been taking three of these each day for the last month or so and haven't seen a huge, marked difference in my weight. This is probably because I STOPPED EXERCISING. I'm sure if I were on an exercise plan these pills would work better. Keep that in mind when trying this supplement. No pill is going to do it all for you. My choice to stop exercising was to see how effective the pills would be on their own."
