"The capsules version of Synergy 3000 is awesome and one of the best multivitamins money can buy. The liquid version, however, doesn't even come close to living up to the capsule version. I was pretty excited to see Synergy 3000 available as a liquid because I thought it would be on par with the capsules version. But almost everything that makes Synergy 3000 capsules so awesome is gone from the liquid version. Gone is Vitamin A in the form of natural mixed carotenoids (liquid offers it as 50% beta-carotene & retinyl palmitate). Gone is the 200 mcg of selenium (liquid only has 70 mcg). Gone is the 500 mcg of B12 as methylcobalamin (liquid has 200 mcg of cyanocobalamin, an inferior form of B12). Gone is Vitamin E as mixed tocopherols (liquid only has d-alpha tocopherol). Also, the liquid version is completely lacking calcium & magnesium. But the biggest disappointment of all, is all of Synergy 3000's antioxidant blends are completely absent in the liquid version. The antioxidant blends are what truly sets Synergy 3000 (capsules) apart from other multivitamins. Synergy 3000 liquid is not only a huge disappointment, but it is very misleading. This isn't a liquid "version" of the capsules form; it is a completely different multivitamin altogether, and it really should have been named something else. Spend the extra $10 to get the MUCH superior capsule form."

"I have tried many liquid multi supplements for absorption purposes. I find the Synergy 3000 liquid to be as good or better than any of the ones I have tried. The taste isn't that bad either considering all the ingredients. I haven't tried the capsule of the Synergy 3000 but I know a majority of people take liquids for absorption purposes. So the liquid is what I prefer and suggest and this one is best. Another thing is that most liquid multi's like this sell for $30-$40 so the price is awesome."

Review 4 for NSI Synergy 3000® Liquid Multi-Vitamin -- 30 fl oz
"Synergy 3000 Liquid is NOT close to the quality of the Synergy 3000 capsule formula.
The liquid form is missing way too many of the antioxidants (i.e. Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, Green Tea & Grape Seed extracts, Lutein, Resveratrol).
Also, many of the minerals and vitamins in the liquid formula (i.e. vitamin B12, Zinc, Chromium) are not nearly as effective as the forms found in the capsule version.
If you read my reviews of many of the other NSI multi-vitamins, you will see I am a HUGE fan of them.
