"I'm 45 years young and still in the gym/MMA Fight & Fitness gym. I have been through many great products, but when you're speaking of Chock Full of Nutrients and Vitamins, Opti-Men ranks high on the Totem Pole! I have been using opti-Men for a whole year and the product is just amazing, especially with combined with protien supplements. My hat goes off to the Opti-Men Chef! Ladies, there is also Opti-Women also, so you may want to try this product."
