The higher concentration of BPA and EPA makes 3 Gems a much better value than other products and you take fewer doses. "I really don't know. I also can't tell you I feel great when I take them, but hey...the buzz is to take Omega 3 (and a variety of other numbers), so I'm taking them.
I can tell you that they go down easy because they are soft. Another bonus with these tabs is that they don't cause fish burps where some of the others I've tried definitely have."
