"I do keep them refridgerated. I think they taste best this way. The orange flavor is fine, very artificial, but much better for me than a tablespoon of fish oil. Ick.. My 12 year old will take them, my 9 year old prefers lemon cod liver oil, go figure.
I take this at night and Krill in the morning. I never have burp back, so all is well. They seem affective to me. Great deal, much cheaper than the brand I was getting locally."

"I take a lot of supplements, and I get tired of big capsules. I tried liquid EFAs but there was always spillage. With the smoothies, I get a convenient & very tasty delivery system, something I can take easily when I travel so I never miss a dose, and it's just as effective as other EFAs I've taken. "This is a great way to get fish oil, way more easily absorbed than solfgels. This brand is less expensive than Coromega and the orange flavor is a little less intense, more pleasant. The down side is there isn't a choice of flavors."
